What these terms cover
These terms apply to the hire of grounds and courts at Squats Que, Facility Center, Badrinath Mandir Rd, Pocket B, Block B, Block F, Near DTC Terminal & Arwachin International School, Dilshad Garden, Delhi 110095, and to bookings made by WhatsApp, phone or email. "We" means Squats Que; "you" means the person making the booking and the group playing under it. Squats Que is a trade name, not a registered company, and operates one facility at the address above.
What we sell is time on a ground. We are a venue, not a club, an academy or a coaching business, and there is no membership to join.
Making a booking
A slot exists once we have confirmed it to you, not when you send the request. Sending a message through the builder on this site, or typing one yourself, is an enquiry — we check the ground against that date and hour and reply. Treat our reply as the confirmation.
There is no account to create, no app to install and no online payment step. Bookings are held against the name and phone number that messaged us, which is also how we find them again if you need to change one.
Rates and payment
We do not publish a rate card. The figure genuinely varies with the sport, the hour and how long you book, and a published list would be wrong for most slots. You are quoted the rate for the exact slot you asked about, before you commit to it — and the rate we quote for a confirmed slot is the rate for that slot.
Payment is made at the facility, in cash or by UPI. No advance or deposit is taken online, and we will never ask for card details over chat. If anyone claiming to be us does, it is not us.
Your slot
A booking is for a stated ground, a stated start time and a stated number of hours, and it ends when it ends — the next group is usually waiting. Arriving late shortens your session rather than extending the booking. If you want longer, ask on the day and we will tell you whether the following hour is free.
Bookings are for the group that made them. Please do not hand a slot on to a different group without telling us, because we hold the ground against a name and a number for a reason.
Using the grounds
- Flat-soled or turf shoes on the artificial turf. Metal spikes are not permitted anywhere on the turf — they tear the surface.
- Non-marking soles are required on the indoor badminton courts.
- No smoking, alcohol or other intoxicants on the grounds, and we may end a session if anyone is playing while intoxicated.
- Nothing that damages a surface — no cleats other than as above, no glass, no fires, no vehicles on the turf.
- Abuse or threats towards staff, other players or officials will end a session immediately.
- Take your litter with you or use the bins. The next group has the ground straight after you.
Equipment
Equipment can often be arranged if you ask when you book — mention what you need and we will confirm what is available for your slot. Plenty of regulars bring their own bats, racquets and paddles, and for badminton most prefer a particular shuttle grade, so both options exist.
Anything we lend you is ours. Ordinary wear from playing is expected and is not your problem; treat it as you would your own kit and return it at the end of the session.
Under-18s
Minors are welcome to play here, and plenty do. The condition is that a parent or guardian is present for the session and stays for it. Bookings should be made by an adult, who is responsible for the group playing under that booking.
Because we do not run coaching, classes or supervised programmes, there is no member of staff whose job is to look after children. That is why the guardian requirement is a condition rather than a suggestion.
What we do not provide
Stated plainly, because assuming otherwise on the day is what causes problems:
- Coaching
- Classes
- Academy programmes
- Summer camps
- Referees, umpires, scorers or match officials — bring your own
- Medical or first-aid staff, or physiotherapy
- Supervision of children, or of any group, during a session
- Insurance covering players against injury
Safety, risk and belongings
Sport carries a risk of injury and you play here at your own risk. Judge your own fitness honestly, warm up, and do not play through an injury because a slot is booked — a released hour is cheaper than a torn hamstring. If you have a condition that could matter during exertion, make sure someone in your group knows about it.
Tell us immediately if you notice something unsafe about a surface, a net, a goalpost or the lighting, and we will look at it rather than letting the next group find it.
Look after your own belongings. The facility is open to the groups using it and we cannot take responsibility for phones, bags, kit or vehicles left on site.
Weather and interruptions
The outdoor grounds are artificial turf and drain well, so rain usually does not end a session here. When conditions genuinely make play unreasonable we will move you indoors to the badminton courts if they are free, reschedule, or release the slot — your choice. Message us before travelling and we will tell you what the ground is actually like.
If something physical prevents us providing a ground you have booked, we will tell you as soon as we know and you will not pay for a slot you could not use.
Tournaments and group bookings
Tournaments, corporate days and multi-day bookings are quoted on their shape — how many grounds, how many hours, across how many days — and the arrangement is agreed in the enquiry rather than by a package list. Whatever is agreed there is what applies.
The organiser is responsible for their own fixtures, officials, participants and spectators. We provide the grounds, the floodlighting and the seating; the competition is yours to run.
Cancellations and changes
Handled case by case, with no fixed notice period and no refund percentage. Because no advance payment is taken online, cancelling an ordinary slot normally leaves nothing to refund. The full reasoning is on its own page.

Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The date at the top changes when we do. Anything already agreed for a confirmed booking stands as agreed — a change here does not reach backwards into a booking you have already made.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
